Unit was flooded 3-4 weeks ago by a burst flexi-hose under the bathroom sink. Skirting boards are a bit old and worn but the water found the weak spots on some of them (falling away from the wall etc.) so in need of new life. Strata looking for a quote asap but I'm a bit more flexible on the timeline for the actual work. No idea on budget, just looking for the initial assessment and then quote.

My dog chewed the edges of a few skirting boards when he was a puppy and I am looking to get them replaced. The original ones are very soft wood. I’ve measured up all the lengths that will need replacing and it comes to approximately 15 metres. I’ve included a picture of the type of skirting boards the previous carpenter used to replace 2 of them a few years ago. The height is 7cm and depth is 1.5cm. The new ones are much better harder wood. I have also included the measurements in the pictures. I am in an apartment and have an elevator. I also have undercover visitor parking near the elevator and a large balcony for you to cut the materials to size. I have the original paint used for the skirting boards if you would like to repaint them as well, other wise I can do it.
