Need skirting boards patched up due to dog chewing on corners.

I got my floors done and it ruined some skirting boards including the kitchen kickboard, I was going to do it myself but I don’t think I can make it look good. Looking for a professional at this task because I want it to look good. Red part needs replacing, blue park is kickboard as well as section under laminated cupboard I have a piece of wood to fill this area but needs completing. Also need metal bar put across below front door where the hallway carpet ends and my floor begins.

Had some new windows installed just over 12 months ago in my apartment. The lounge room originally had a door and window, which was removed, (including a section of the wall) to replace them with one big sliding window door. Unfortunately that meant part of the wall was left showing exposed brick and some skirting boards damaged. I need these re-plastered / re-rendered, so I can re-paint. The section of wall that is exposed is right on a corner of the wall and has been temporarily tilled with expanding foam to stop cold air getting into the apartment. - Due date: Before Sunday, 11 February 2024

The skirting boards were removed when the house flooded and needed to be dried. We now need them put back.

Hello I need someone to attach around 2 metres of skirting boards - 1 piece by ~950mm and 1 piece by ~1000mm. We will supply the materials - we have a 3m length that was produced and is already on site. Pics are attached. Needs to be done by mid February between Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 4pm (building rules). - Due date: Before 15th February

At the moment I am unable to close my kitchen door because some of the skirting board has risen

Water damaged skirting boards need to be replaced. 4 skirting boards need to be removed and replaced with new ones then painted as well as the wall above (only if necessary) and brown caulking with the floors need to be down. Two skirting board are 350mm long and 5mm thick each. The third skirting board is 195mm long and 5mm thick. The fourth skirting board is 2180mm long and 5mm thick. Please refer to pictures.

Need 1) gate rehung and small plaster repair (I have paint) 2) 2 x clothesline re hung 3) Replace screening (supplied) 4) small skirting replace/repair and paint. Also option of regrouting a bathroom but this could be done by someone else

The skirting boards have lifted a bit off the wall due to water. Need them fixed please

Had a heavy mirror hanging that fell and has ruined the skirting board.
