Unsure of square meterage but it is a 2 bed apartment, and skirting not required in robes, bathrooms or most of kitchen. Floor plan attached. 3rd floor unit, elevator access. We have recently renovated our apartment kitchen and laid hybrid floor boards. We have skirting ready to install but need someone to assist with cutting and installing for us. We have the skirting painted and ready to go.

We have just had our carpets replaced with timber flooring, and looking for someone to touch up our skirting boards that the floor contractor have re-installed. 3 Bedrooms which includes: 2 bedrooms that are standard size with wardrobes 1x master bed room slightly bigger than standard with a walk in wardrobe. Nails may need to be installed in some areas, Gaps to be filled, and nail holes need to be patched. We have all the materials needed (besides nail gun). Thank you

It’s a brick wall so I understand it has to be glued, the length of replacement is approximately 2330 mm
