I need about 5m of skirting removed and new 140mm lambs tounge skirting installed. Skirting will be pre painted so just needs installing.

Remove hardwood skirting boards without damaging plaster walls. Skirting boards are being reused so keeping them intact as possible. Jarrah floor boards have already been removed so only floor joists remain. De-nail any remaining nails from joists. Loose-lay plywood approx 50m2 over jarrah joists to provide a working platform. House is 2 bedroom and open living space approx 50m2 of floor area. Person needs own tools and PPE

Patch four holes holes in lounge wall (plaster on brick) and re-fit small amount of skirting board where cupboard was fit and anchored into corner of lounge room.

We installed vj paneling to walls, the skirting will sit over the bottom of the vj panels. We have spare paneling to use as a packer. I would also like a mitered return to finish the skirting boards at the door frames. We have already purchased the Skirting boards. Don't need them painted, just installed Total length is only 11 meters
