Hoping someone can take apart an old portable basketball ring so I can dispose of it. I tried myself but it is quite rusted and I didn’t have the right tools (or skill!)

I am looking for someone to wall mount my basketball backboard. Ideally on the wall and turned 45 degrees towards the driveway or just above the garage door in the middle if that is possible.
