Looking for a tiler to complete water proofing and tiling to bathroom, laundry and separate toilet. Approx 20 m2 of wall tiling and approx 15 m2 of floor tiling. Tiles to be supplied by myself. Need an electrician to rough in two lights, exhaust fan, power point and switch. Bathroom has been demo’d and is ready for rough in. All sheeting removed with frames exposed. Bathroom is small, approximately 2m x 1.5m and 2.2 m heigh. Existing electrical still in place.

Ensuite renovation preparation. Our ensuite is currently 90% demolished. 2/3 of floor tiles remain and need to be removed. House is on raised concrete slab. All walls are rendered block. We are very flexible with dates and times. We require appropriately qualified professional tasker(s) to prepare the ensuite so it is ready for waterproofing & tiler. You must be experienced in this and know what tiler expects. Only highly reputable taskers will be considered. 1. Finish demo of tile floor. 2. Remove ceiling architrave. 3. Necessary Plumbing works to support: - Relocate waterpoint for toilet to accommodate back to wall toilet - Adjust pipe work to be set in the wall for a shower mixer and a single shower fitting (was not mixer before). - Mixer for vanity - Prepare drain for shower, vanity, floor. Waste/drains including toilet will all be in existing positions. 4. Terminate/make safe power switch/outlets. 5. Render walls where tiles have been removed. Finish must be smooth and aligned to existing. 6. Any other items i have missed that you call out! Quality work and good manner will likely be reward with more jobs for the fit out post tiling, and other upcoming jobs we have on our home that we need to complete in the next 3 months. Alternatively, if you have a team/highly reputable partners and do full bathroom renovations you are welcome to quote for the entire job (minus most fixtures, i will source). If you are going to quote this, please provide an option for with and without waterproofing/tiling as we may go with a tiler we are already in discussions with. Increase the size of a powder room by knocking out 2 walls and extending to under the staircase as pictured, and into the store room. Retiling, installing shower, new toilet and sink with washing machine cabinet (not custom made).

Need to remove vanity, toilet suite and existing floor boards on a stumps house and install blue board and waterproof it and tile it or lay waterproof hybrid planks with special attention to shower area ( open to other options). I will supply material. Would be good if you could install the new floating vanity and shower screen once the floor is ready. A few wall tiles at the base of the shower area will need to be redone .Ensuite Size is about 2.7 x 1.5 m

Seem like the bathroom leaked to the Kitchen down stair need someone to inspect and maybe capable of repair the bathroom? I cut the hole to have a look but could not found any.

Hi, We're after a bathroom reno on our investment property in Caboolture. We're on a budget thus wanted a less expensive option. I've attached the current bathroom picture. It's a small and old bathroom. We wanted to remove the current bath, sink unit, tiles, strip back the bathroom. Redo the waterproofing. Install a shower cubicle similar to the picture with new tap fixtures. A new sink unit, nothing fancy with new fixtures. Tile the floors & splashback area. We hoping we can get the job done late Jan/early Feb. The house is raised thus easier to work underneath if we need to change any pipes. We’re hoping to book in a quote after the 14th of Jan. Thanks.
