Prep and sheet all of the walls with the groove lining install short skirt board around floor and a small amount of trim around the corners where the sheets finish the topgrout silicon. How much?

Bathroom needs a renovation. New shower and ventilation needs to be put in. Also need some advice on a few things in regard to the design.

1. Remove 4 tiles in shower. Then tile a row of about 80cm long with narrow 6cm x 25cm tiles. Need to cut out tile around mixer. 2. Remove 8 tiles in 2nd shower. Tile 2 rows of narrow 6x 25cm tiles. Cut out around mixer. 3. Remove 7 tiles along the length of a bath 1.6m. Then tile with narrow 6x 25cm tiles. Cut out tile for mixer. 4. Remove 10 tiles along the width of another bath about 1m long. Then tile 2 rows with 6 x 25cm tiles. Cut out for mixer and spout.

Hi, We're after a bathroom reno on our investment property in Caboolture. We're on a budget thus wanted a less expensive option. I've attached the current bathroom picture. It's a small and old bathroom. We wanted to remove the current bath, sink unit, tiles, strip back the bathroom. Redo the waterproofing. Install a shower cubicle similar to the picture with new tap fixtures. A new sink unit, nothing fancy with new fixtures. Tile the floors & splashback area. We hoping we can get the job done late Jan/early Feb. The house is raised thus easier to work underneath if we need to change any pipes. We’re hoping to book in a quote after the 14th of Jan. Thanks. Toilet will need plumbing and the pipes are in the soil, so should be easy to dig for the pipe connections. Install 2 showers and 2 toilets.
