We want to do a small bathroom renovation at our CBD apartment. We would need assistance with the following: 1. Need some help choosing a vanity based on the current piping set up. It’s an old style and I’m worried with the new vanity it’ll be a little difficult 2. removal of the current vanity. 3. help with installation of the new vanity, new basin and tapware and piping. 5. changing the shower/bathtub tapware to mixer type if possible. We already selected the vanity that would fit, but need confirmation if the pipes can be adjusted to have the drawers. The job will require 2-3 onsite visits. Hi there, I am after someone to do a basic kitchen and bathroom renovation for an investment property in Ardeer, Melbourne. The tenant is vacating on April 24th and my property manager will leave a lockbox with keys in it. I may not be able to attend site with you to discuss but will try as I live on other side of Melbourne. Will involve demolition of existing kitchen to start with. I will then replace flooring with new vinyl flooring and also do carpets in bedrooms (coordinated separately). You will be required to take measurements of the replacement kitchen. For kitchen happy to consider bunnings kitchen kits (kaboodle) or open to suggestions. Any plumbing etc to be coordinated by you (but I'll pay the invoices). Bathroom am considering new vanity, shower and possible painting over existing tiles to save on cost. The toilet is separate in the laundry so may look at new toilet and painting of tiles to freshen up.

Need an electrician to rough in two lights, exhaust fan, power point and switch. Bathroom has been demo’d and is ready for rough in. All sheeting removed with frames exposed. Bathroom is small, approximately 2m x 1.5m and 2.2 m heigh. Existing electrical still in place.

Seem like the bathroom leaked to the Kitchen down stair need someone to inspect and maybe capable of repair the bathroom? I cut the hole to have a look but could not found any.

Hi, We're after a bathroom reno on our investment property in Caboolture. We're on a budget thus wanted a less expensive option. I've attached the current bathroom picture. It's a small and old bathroom. We wanted to remove the current bath, sink unit, tiles, strip back the bathroom. Redo the waterproofing. Install a shower cubicle similar to the picture with new tap fixtures. A new sink unit, nothing fancy with new fixtures. Tile the floors & splashback area. We hoping we can get the job done late Jan/early Feb. The house is raised thus easier to work underneath if we need to change any pipes. We’re hoping to book in a quote after the 14th of Jan. Thanks.
