Bathroom renovation - changing of tiles and shower screen

I am renovating my bathroom, including possibly knocking out a wall. I need someone to design it for me but I hate all the big design firms cos they're all doing modern stuff that doesn't interest me at all. My house is very 70s and I want it to be somewhat inkeeping - Due date: Flexible

Looking for a plumber to help with our bathroom and laundry renovation, which we’re hoping to get underway over the next couple of weeks. Floor plans are attached for reference. Currently we have 2 x sinks, 1 x shower and 1 x toilet. We will require 4 x sinks (vanity in ensuite, twin vanity in bathroom and sink in laundry), 2 x showers (one with separate shower and hand shower heads) and 2x toilets. We can cap off old plumbing, but will need help to move/add water and waste. The house is on stumps and work will be right next to under house access, which has adequate room for access. - Due date: Before Friday, 18 November 2022

I want to renovate my existing bathroom and want to make another bathroom in one big room if it suits my budget. Other small works might add too like concrete landscaping etc. I prefer some small builder who could do it all together.

Remove old floor tiles and one row of wall tiles including removing and re-installing existing shower screen in upstairs bathroom. Prepare and waterproof the floor and first row of wall (3 coats). Installation of new tiles to the shower base and first row of wall tiles in upstairs bathroom. Replacement of old silicone with new silicone from upstairs and downstairs shower area. Replacement of old washers for upstairs and downstairs bathroom taps. Price is inclusive of all the materials. We can provide you the replacement tiles only.
