I’m looking for a licensed, reliable and meticulous plumber / tradie / builder who can help with a bathroom renovation. The current bathroom is getting wet, so we need to strip it out, waterproof and re-tile. We want to replace the toilet with a bath and move the toilet where there is currently a shower. The bathroom is approximately 6sqm (floor size). The walls are probably 3m high, so maybe 18sqm total. We have the bath, tiles and can buy the toilet, shower and fittings. We would also remove the current tiles.

We are seeking quotes to get our en suite bathroom and prospectively our main bathroom renovated. We will need new vanities and toilets. We are happy to keep the tiles consistent in both bathrooms. Getting both spaces completed will be very much depending on the quotation we receive. The en suite being priority. We bought this house in July 2023 and the old owners tiled over tile, the grout coming away. We are currently not using this bathroom to ensure there is no water leakage/damage. Tiles should be up to between 1 - 1.5 m depending on the size of the tiles. There will be tiles on the floor in the shower + a L-shaped showerscreen with sliding door. Tiles 2.1 m high in the shower. Kitchen, draft future plan + video of current state and some pics attached. Kitchen needs to be removed. Please be mindful of the built in wardrobe in the left corner. We would like to have an acrylic backsplash behind the cooktop and the sink. I am looking for a quote for both rooms seperately + 1 for it together. All works needs to be done so plumbing, electricity and removal of current needs to be included in the quote. we'll need a shower shelve in the shower room (not built into the wall but attached) Please let me know cost involved, how long it will take and if you are available to start from Tuesday the 21st of November. We have recently delivered a Tiny Home to a property in Pearl Beach and unfortunately due to the last minute rush before Christmas we missed a few details. We are located in Brisbane so we need a handyman to purchase a few fixtures from Bunnings (listed below) and head out to our clients property to install the fixtures, install a Velux Skylight blind and apply one more coat of stain to the Kitchen Benchtop. Hi, I have a gallery kitchen that would need new doors and bench tops. A mini renovation. Would like to get a quote on clean light look as per attached. Purpose is to sell, so don’t want a cheap renovation but in the middle. Tenant moves out next week. I would be after a quote for the bathroom for his/hers bathroom with the same bench top used and cabinetery to save cost and for consistency.
