Had to remove bathroom sites to significant leaking. New cement sheets etc installed on walls and floor. Ready to tile. Floors, walls to ceiling. Floor area 1475x3010. Wall area will be from the start of the exposed wall in photo around to the start of the second window. We have also sought waterproofing quote so if you do both, please add as a separate item. Ensuite was destroyed by above unit. A requirement for the insurance claim is to obtain 3 quotes. I have received 1 quote so far. I have already gutted the ensuite, and just need to jack up the tiles and screed. Size is 2.5 x 2.5. I have already purchased the floor tiles, and will purchase the LED light and power point with USB charger. New toilet to be installed - considering an inline system. Totally out of my hands who gets the job as it needs to be approved by Body Corporate insurance.
