In need of our granny flat bathroom to have a total renovation. Quite small.

Hi, We're after a bathroom reno on our investment property in Caboolture. We're on a budget thus wanted a less expensive option. I've attached the current bathroom picture. It's a small and old bathroom. We wanted to remove the current bath, sink unit, tiles, strip back the bathroom. Redo the waterproofing. Install a shower cubicle similar to the picture with new tap fixtures. A new sink unit, nothing fancy with new fixtures. Tile the floors & splashback area. We hoping we can get the job done late Jan/early Feb. The house is raised thus easier to work underneath if we need to change any pipes. We’re hoping to book in a quote after the 14th of Jan. Thanks. Below is detail of each room what we want Laundry - remove old laundry tub and install new one . - one of laundry wall - plasterboard sheet is cracked so replace that - remove old tiles and install new tiles on floor and skirting - waterproofing and bedding ( if required) Toilet/PDR room - Remove old tiles and install new tiles to floor and skirting - remove toilets and install new toilets - waterproofing and bedding ( if required) Bathroom 1 - Remove old tiles and install new tiles to full floor and wall - remove old vanity and install new one - change shower taps and shower head - waterproofing and bedding - remove old tub and instal stand only new tub - can use existing shower screen but provision for new shower screen Bathroom 2/ En-suite - Remove old tiles and install new tiles to full floor and wall - remove old vanity and install new one - change shower taps and shower head - waterproofing and bedding - can use existing shower screen but provision for new shower screen - remove old toilet and install new one Kitchen splash back tiles Remove old tiles and install new tiles Vanities , toilets , laundry tub, bathroom tub and tiles will be provided by me. Approx 20 -30 m2 of total above area to be tiled . Check the photo for measurements. Please include plumbing and electrical works if required for power points etc

Re-grout showing (removing moulded grout), Remove old shelving within shower, Remove old mirror and install new.

Full bathroom refresh. Take out bathtub replace with standard shower, new large rectangle tiles, toilet, vanity, air vent, mirror with storage. Repaint. New lights. Have not purchased items yet. Need to select and purchase.

We run a bathroom renovation company and are looking for a tiler for a job on the 27/01/2025.

Require a licence plumber to complete a rough in. Ceiling has already been removed from garage so make the drainage accessible. Had another company complete the shower and mixer but couldn’t finish the job due to unforeseen circumstances.

We started a bathroom renovation a while ago but we are incredibly short of time and want/need it all completed before end of February. Wanting to split the work load into 2 sections so we have time to save a bit in between. First lot: 1. Need cement board replaced along edge of wall (photo attached) 2. Metal cornering to be put on for reenforcenent (we have this) and gyprock'd/plastered over 3. Cornice to be replaced in 2 spots (photos attached) 4. Rip out vanity 5. Self leveling cement to be poured to fill where we ripped out the dividing wall and where vanity is ripped out (they cemented around the vanity rather than under it🥴) & the square that we extended out from (photos attached). Will need the metal edging supplied as we don't have this yet Wanting the above done between 10th & 20th Jan Please make an offer with your hourly rate Cheers :)

I’m looking for an experienced tradesperson to renovate our ensuite bathroom approx area is 3.5m x 4m. Removal of corner sunken bath, tiling (floor and walls), cabinetry and toilet. Installation of new tiled shower area where corner bath is, new tiling throughout and installation of new sink cabinet and tap ware. Basically a full Reno.

I need a small bathroom 1.5 metres by 1.5 meters renovated. Toilet moved closer to wall to make space for shower and a small sink and mirror on the wall. All water inflows and outflows installed as well. Water proofing and tiling does not need doing at the moment but for the right person we can facilitate this if needs be.
