Servicing of two hybrid road-bikes (Liv BeLiv 2 City) that have been sitting in our garage for a few years. Bikes have been kept clean, albeit a bit dusty with time. Wanting bikes to be deep cleaned, adjusted with wheel truing, including: - Bike wash - Wheels trued and tensioned - Wheel hubs checked and adjusted - Cables lubricated - Brakes tuned - Chain, cassette, chainrings and derailleurs removed, degreased and lubricated - Gears tuned - Suspension adjustment (as required) - Headset and bottom bracket checked and adjusted - All bolts checked and tightened - Tyres inflated - Safety check and road test.
Michael was responsive and efficient when it came to scheduling a date and time for completing the task, and his team (Matt) showed up right on time. Matt was fully self-sufficient, and only required a sheltered space to work in. Area was left clean with no rubbish left behind after services were completed. After completing the service of our two bicycles, Matt also highlighted any potential issues of concerns and things to be aware of.
