Hi, I bought an e-bike from Big W (BIG MISTAKE) and within minutes of riding the bike, the chain crank ripped through the cable that connects to the battery port (see image). Big W and their seller, Edison's Direct, have been an absolute pain in the *** to deal with and months later, there's no reasonable solution. I just need the ripped part of the cable to be fixed and, to my understanding, this should resolve the issue. Hoping someone can help, as I'm desperate and at my wit's end.

Giant ebike talon e+1 battery removed. Lock will not budge, key goes in and wont turn/open. Pretty sure it's the lock mechanism. I need to remove the battery asap bonus if you have a diagnostic tool for bike as its not running correctly, speed sensor alert code coming up

My son’s bike (Giant brand) has a broken rear derailleur (Shimano Tourney 6/7-speed). I need someone to replace it and ensure the gears are shifting properly and service the bike, and brakes as well. I have purchased the new part already. Also need a new rear tyre installed.

I habe a 750watt ebike, i removed the rear hub motor to replace the gears which i completed. Though when reinstalling the gears back into the hub the gears would spin but would not catch onto the hub to spin the hub. I thi k im missing a c clamp or missing something to complete the install. If you have kmowledge on repairing ebikes i can bring the ebike or just the hub motor to you
