Hi, I bought an e-bike from Big W (BIG MISTAKE) and within minutes of riding the bike, the chain crank ripped through the cable that connects to the battery port (see image). Big W and their seller, Edison's Direct, have been an absolute pain in the *** to deal with and months later, there's no reasonable solution. I just need the ripped part of the cable to be fixed and, to my understanding, this should resolve the issue. Hoping someone can help, as I'm desperate and at my wit's end.

Tyre repairs on electric bike

I habe a 750watt ebike, i removed the rear hub motor to replace the gears which i completed. Though when reinstalling the gears back into the hub the gears would spin but would not catch onto the hub to spin the hub. I thi k im missing a c clamp or missing something to complete the install. If you have kmowledge on repairing ebikes i can bring the ebike or just the hub motor to you

It has a new battery pack in it But after hitting a few bumps while riding it there seems to be a connection problem which won’t allow the pack to charge. I need someone to check the wiring in the battery pack to find the short or connection issue and repair it

Hi all, I bought a new Valk e-bike and put it partially together for a test ride. The controller was working fine and I rode a bit further down the street. A couple of minutes later the controller started displaying a fault symbol and '24'. I thought it may have been from the heat and rode on a bit further. On the way back, a 10 minute ride, the bike kept intermittently zooming forward and then stopping. I got home and watched a troubleshooting video that stated this error message us generally due to the back cable not being connected properly and advised to clip the zip ties holding the cable in place to disconnect and reconnect the cable and ensure it's connected properly. It was at that point I saw that the chain crank had ripped the cable, as it was fixed to the frame in such a way that it was inevitable this would occur. I've visually assessed and found the damaged cable can't be removed and replaced like other cables and the seller is requesting I repackage and return the entire item but it's heavy and time consuming so I wonder if anyone is able to repair the cable at a reasonable cost? Happy to pay extra if the bike can be picked up and returned as I don't drive.

Bike is loosing power when turning the throttle when riding, just replaced all 4 spark plugs and air filter. Need to get this issue fixed. I will pay for the parts.
