Not entirely what happened but I can’t use my blinds and I think the latch on the top right has snapped off. Located in Brunswick West.

Cut timder venitian blinds to fit in window cavity. The blinds are new and still in the box. They do not need to be hung

The left hand blind bracket came off the wall after someone pulled on the chain. The bracket needs to be reattached and the two blinds rehung. 5-10 minute job with a ladder.
