Potentially most likely the ceiling will be an easier option to drill them into. I have a ladder you would just need to bring a drill/tools

Hi, I have a Venetian blind that has fallen out of the bracket holding it in place above the window. One of the arms of the bracket keeps coming open which makes the blind fall out. I need someone to either repair or replace the top bracket of the blind and put the blind back in place. I don’t mind if it is fixed closed as it won’t be removed again. See images for reference.
