Pick up old blinds fro croydon

I have a large roller blind that keeps breaking. The cord to raise and lower it keeps coming off the track. I am operating it correctly (not pulling it to the side or anything like that), so I think the track itself may be broken. I need you to come and take a look at the blind, and then probably go to purchase the new part and install it. Please see attached photos for more information.

Set up the spring assist and install 2.8M wide blind to window frame. Not sure if it has come with the right screws so they may need to be provided to install brackets.
