We have a mesh outdoor block out blind. Approx 3m wide x 2.5m high. It is manually operated by winding up and down. The stitching along the bottom of the blind has broken due to weather and the pole on the bottom has come off. Fabric and mechanism still seem OK

I need a handy person who knows how to install 5 off the shelf ready made roller blinds which probably requires the use of a drill (which I have in my possession) to attach them to the window frames. It would probably take somewhere between 1 to 2 hrs. My budget is small and fixed at $55 per hr (pro rata after 1 hr). Please do not respond if you are not interested in doing this task at this price point.

The blind is approximately 190cm x 150cm. The plastic loops on the back through which the pull cords are threaded have disintegrated, meaning I can't raise or lower the blind. I'd like to get them replaced.

The chain on one of my internal roller blinds has broken and fallen out. This has happened multiple times but the blind is now just out of warranty. I think the chain that Kresta Blinds uses is cheap. I need someone to replace the chain in this blind.
