Hello, Install 2 vertical blinds. The blinds were taken down when resurfacing the ceiling and the holes have been filled. The brackets and screws have been kept from when taken down - see images. The size of the blinds are 1890 x 1430 2615 x 1420 I don't have any equipment so you will need a drill for concrete and not sure if wall plugs are needed? Also would like a hook put up for a picture frame. Thanks

Recess fit and measures 1786mm x 935mm Removal of wall plugs and curtain brackets and patching up holes in the walls: We need help removing our old curtain brackets in the living room and bedroom and to patch the subsequent holes up. We also need help removing a stuck wall plug and patching that hole up. We attempted installation in the bedroom for the roller blinds but we don't have the necessary tools needed as the brick wall is quite prone to crumbling. Thanks!
