Install a total of 5 blinds 4 have dual purpose.

The blinds are no longer rolling up when I pull the beaded string. Need them replaced or if someone can fix them that would be great.

I have bought a new set of 2100x2700mm roller blinds for a bedroom that I need assistance installing (including removing the existing blinds). I am unsure of the beam construction in the ceiling (the blinds are top-fixing). I had an amateur’s go, but the screws will not bite into the existing holes, but positioning them a centimetre away felt like I was hitting metal…? It is a newly built high-rise apartment. I also need a few small chips in the plaster filled. Job should take ~1hr, flexible on time of day.

Product: Ikea Tupplur Block-out Roller Blind from 3years ago. Issue is regarding the mechanism spring end, as per photo the plastic piece of the spring end is stuck inside a 25mm sized rod, very hard to retrieve it back. Need to retrieve the stuck piece from rod, readjust tension of spring and assistant in putting the blind back.
