Double roller blind fitting

External motorised SOMFY blind has power and is connected but the rachets holding the blinds in place appear broken. When remote up / down pressed the motor can be heard briefly, but no movement.

The roller blind metal chains in both the bedroom and living room need to be replaced. My landlord has requested I have this actioned before moving out.
