Re-fixing of roller blind that have come away from the wall and adjustment of another blind that does not rollup completely

One of the pieces that holds up the blinds has pulled out of the ceiling so the screws will no longer hold. I’m assuming this need to be patched or some new larger screws with something to hold them in place are needed.

We need someone to install one Venetian blind. weve installed one already but when we went to install the other one we couldn't get the drill to go into the bricks. We don't want to accidentally drill where there's electrics or whatever so if you have the gear to tell where to drill that would be ideal. We have a drill, screws and plug, a stepladder and the blind ready to go. See attached the one blind we've already installed and the other that's chilling on the ground ready for someone who knows what they're doing to get it onto the wall lol.
