the chain that (is one big loop of chain) is used to pull the blinds up or down has come off of where it is meant to be and we can't pull the blind up or down anymore

Have vertical blinds. The chains keep coming apart every time I open or close, I think the thicker middle bit gets caught going around at the top. Some blinds also look like they need re rolling straight.

“Somehow” the roller blind has been pulled from the brackets. A part has been broken but I’m not sure which. We need this repaired so we can put it back up. I’ve attached photos of all I have. Chain is still working. Need someone with experience in the industry. Need a ladder. We have stairs.
