Hi everyone! I need someone to remove the protective plastic from a blind on a window located above a staircase (see photo). A ladder will be required to reach it. It’s a quick job for someone with the right equipment!

I've measured and bought the blinds. Issue is I want them installed inside the window frame but there is a metal bracket under the plaster that I don't have the right tools or screws and know how... to get through. Should be a quick and easy job for someone who knows what they're doing and can get creative to screw the new bracket through the metal L frame under the plaster.
