The spot is a bit awkward as there is no foothold between the 1st floor stair railings and the landing between ground floor and 1st floor, so ideally need someone with a ladder that's at least 3m high or has a safety harness that can be tied around the upstairs baluster. The blind is 1.44(w) by 2m (long), so quite heavy
