Looking to have someone remove and dispose of 6 crank handled roller shutter blinds on the outside of my apartment on level 2. They’re crank handle controlled from the inside by a wire. 2 are on the front of the building, 4 are on the sides with part of them under the eves. It looks like part of the concrete board might need to be removed to access the roller mechanisms on those 4. 1 of the four is on the balcony which should be easier to access. Please ask me any questions you might have. I have circled the roller shutters in each photo to show you where they are.
