Amazing service from a true professional! Nick was very polite and approachable from my first chat with him in the morning. He made time to come out and help with my problem blinds. Upon assessing the task at hand he found he didn't have the parts compatible with my blinds. He whisked them away and said he'll try and fix them. I was concerned because I thought this would mean a huge increase in cost for me.
