Hi I have a Bosch Serie 4 Super Silence 46db dishwasher Just this evening I have noticed that I am getting an "E:09" error. I understand this is most likely related to the heat pump. The exact behaviour of the unit is quite odd. I just range a quick 44 minute cycle. It got down to 19 minutes to go, then went back in time to 23 minutes. It then got to about 10 minutes to go, fast forwarded in time to 2 minutes to go ... and then got the E:09. I'd be interested to receive quotes for repair of the unit, including parts. Thanks

I overfilled our Bosch Mac Front Load Washing Machine and got part of the load wedged in the door. It tried to fill and spin, struggled and wouldn’t move. I managed to drain the machine and get the washing out. However, now when I try to run a wash the drum won’t move.
Fantastic guy. Was able to help me remotely in order to get things done quicker. Excellent advice and extremely helpful.
