The door mechanism on our Bosch washing machine series 8 is not closing Not sure if it’s repairable or needs new lock mechanism We will obviously pay for the part if required but ideally the air tasker would have quick access to getting the part if needed See pic for serial number

Washing machine was showing an e18 error code. I opened the cap and removed the hair pin and replaced cap. Ran the cycle again and the error code showed again. Opened the cap again and removed a lollipop stick. Ran the cycle again and the error code remained. Went to remove the cap again but it broke (was using pliers).

NOTE: DATE IS FLEXIBLE. My oven seems to be malfunctioning. We think we have worked out the issue but it’s a Bosch and requires a special Bosch key to fix (I think... does this sound correct??) it isn’t showing an error message. It just won’t heat up and the light won’t come on.
