Bought a new door seal for the washing machine and realised I need to open the whole from of the machine to replace it. It will be a 15 minutes job.

The symbol of 'water tap ' is flashing. According to the user manual, it means 'no water supply'. But: - The water hose in the sink works fine, and I did not touch anything before the symbol suddenly begins to flash. - Because the washing machine is placed into the recess under the countertop in the laundry room and is very heavy, I can't pull it out to check if the inserted hose is loose or clogged. I think a specialized tool is needed for the inspection - The model of the machine is 'WGA254U0AU'. It is a quite new model - been used within 1.5yrs.
