My Bosch washing machine (model # WAN22120AU) stopped working today. The machine had 15 minutes remaining earlier and just stopped. The drum doesn’t appear to rotate properly or at all during a cycle. I cleaned the filter and checked the hoses, but I can’t seem to fix it. When I manually rotate the drum, it doesn’t move freely and appears somewhat stuck. I am located in Trinity Beach.
