Error E18 on Model waw28460au. Washing is wet. Removed excess water per manual instructions but cannot unscrew pump cover to clean blockage. It only allows quarter turn.

We have an existing combination Bosch washer/dryer combination. The washer died and we have a new compatible Bosch replacement. So we need the dryer to be lifted off, the old washer moved out and the new washer put in place, plus the existing stacking kit and the existing dryer. Note: the stacking kit is screwed in place with screws having a small head of a type that I don’t have a screwdriver to fit it. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 28th Feb 2022

I have a Bosch Maxx Classic washing machine which keeps giving me the E2 error. I have followed the google forum discussions which gives me a reset and allows me to start a new load however it continues to stop half way through loads and doesn't complete. Dinesh is a really nice guy but wasn't clear beforehand that the visit would definitely require an expensive part. I was under the impressions there was a chance he could get the washing machine fixed without a repair. Nice guy but I felt he should've more clearly communicated this point as i wouldn't have spent $140 getting told I need a part worth $300.
