Need to engage bricklayer who can (A) remediate missing bricks, (B) add to existing 109 x 10 course brick another 2 x courses to bring to 12 x course, and (C) add another inner brick wall tied to the above 'existing' wall make a double brick wall that is more stable. (A) Replace missing / loose bricks: 1 - On the southern street side require 4 x single corner / cap bricks to be replaced on balcony divider walls, which can be accessed from within the balconies. 2 - On north side require approximately 20 x bricks on corner of one balcony wall that have fallen off over the years, which can be accessed from within the balcony. (B) Referring to point 2 on attached photo: 3 - We currently have a 109 x brick length wall that is 10 x bricks / courses high, which we would like to add another 2 x additional course on top to bring to 12 x bricks high, which is approximately 109 x 2 = 218 bricks to be laid. (C) Referring to points 1 & 3 on attached photo: 4 - Referring to point 3, we require a second inner wall joined to the existing outside wall by brick ties etc, which will require 109 x 12 = 1308 bricks to be laid. 5 - We also need water spitters go through in corners and evenly placed along the 109 x brick wall, refer point 1 on image. We would need to source bricks as close to current colour as possible as well. I need 5 x existing brick pillars in our front garden increased by 34cm in height. 3 pillars are 20 x 30 cm each and the main two pillars are 41 x 22cm. Approx 60 bricks would be needed however we also need 4 x pillars taken down, so potentially these bricks could be used. One pillar with the letterbox needs fixing with a new letterbox to be installed. If you can render too that would be ideal. - Due date: Flexible
