We have been away and the lawn has got a bit out of hand so we need support in bringing it back to normal conditions. It is an acre. 1.) the top area is nearly all flat and easy to do. A ride on and whipper snipper will sort it out, 30min or so. We need it cut back to size. 2.) the bottom area, has steep elements to it, but a good ride on will do 80% of it, the rest is a brushcutter There is overgrowth at the bottom parts that will need a brush cutter, and the area around the lower deck, and river edges need a brushcutter to bring it back down. We want to be able to see and get to the embankment. But we don't need it cleared to the river as it's too dangerous. Near the alpacca shed, there is some left over fence wire, and mostly this just need to be moved to cut around it as it's caught up in some weeds, and the fence line just needs trimmed down both sides. I think the top part is say 30-45min, and the bottom parts is probably 2-2.5 hours depending on your equipment.
