Looking for experienced roof and guttering person. Our current Pergola sheeting is discoloured and broken so needs replacing. We plan on removing the old ones and supplying the new sheeting. Our gutter that runs along the pergola and to the drain with a downpipe also needs replacing and we are unsure of what we need to buy for that so if you are prepared to come and look before the job and then purchase the guttering needed, that would be great. The gutter purchase price is separate from the task budget

We have a blocked drain for stormwater at the end of our driveway. Relatively new build house about 4 years old

My husband began working on a patio but, unfortunately, was unable to complete it. We would like to have it painted and presented in a finished manner. I have attached inspiration and happy to discuss and negotiate I’m looking for someone who can guide me on how to finish off the patio effectively. Unblock a drain where the driveway connects to the garage. Drain connects to storm water drain approx 6 metres away. Water has built up and is very clogged, not draining over a few days

The black plastic hinge bit (pictured) is broken, we need a replacement part to fix it

I am getting delivered a small garden shed in a pack and this needs to be installed on an existing timber base.

Tile the front step of building entry door. See areas framed in red in the pics. - Existing tile size is 315x315x8 mm. - New tiles supplied are 400x400x8 mm Johnson Cemento Taupe Matt. - Brick level is 40mm below top of current tiles. Cement sheeting required. - Remaining cement sheet shown in Tile_area2.jpg to be removed(currently used as rain cover). - Tiles to be laid with a slight slope to permit rain water drainage. - Replace temporary wood wedges with plastic shims(supplied) prior to tiling.
