What do bulky waste collection services include?
Bulky waste collection services include disconnecting, moving out and disposing of large items which are too big to toss into the council bin and can’t be sold or are difficult to donate. These items are what you would usually get rid of after demolishing an old home or building or doing a renovation project.
This job can include laborious tasks like removing old freezers or fridges, old dishwashers, sofas and other furniture, white goods and rubbish disposal. Some bulky waste collection specialists may offer to disassemble some items if necessary and retrieve them from a higher floor or basement for disposal.
Taking the bulky waste out
Bulky waste like old sofas and other furniture, worn dishwashers and washing machines can be challenging to move. While most hired bulky waste removal services will do large item removal, they don’t bring it out and make them ready for transport. Some bulky waste removal specialists can take these items down from the upper floors of your home or building, detach them from walls or cabinets and place them outside. Note that this may cost extra.
Sorting the waste
Your hired specialists can sort out the bulky waste once the bulky waste removal is completed. They may organise and arrange each of the bulky waste items according to their type and to which place they can be taken. White goods, your old sofa, old furniture, freezers, refrigerators, dishwashers and other bulky items are segregated and readied for transport.
