My Nissan X-Trail 2018 is due for an engine oil and filter change. Current OD reading 82,000km. The error message appeared 2 weeks ago. Logbook service completed in Nov 2024. I’m unable to safely jack up the car to drain the oil and access the filter. Seeking someone who can assist me with this process. Oil and filter has been purchased. Engine is not starting. It was working alright until last night. Today, when I am pushing the start button and the brake pad, there is no reponse from the engine and the vehicle does not start.
