1970s Ford 4.0L 6 cylinder engine and 3 speed manual gearbox has been sitting dormant for 25 years we would like it gone. In order to remove it you will need an engine crane, a ute/small truck and at least 2 people. Engine is located at the back of a property approximately 50m from the driveway and there are 3 steps to be navigated (you will probably detach/reattach the engine at least once). The engine was working well prior to its removal from a 1973 Cortina and it could be worth a significant amount of money itself. Payment is for removal of both Gearbox and Engine. More details on engine can be provided upon request.

My thermostat is blocked I think ! My car overheats then I put the air con on and it goes in between half way and the next line of the reader !!! There are no leaks and the coolant is the same level !! I also need my oil filter and oil changed.

I visited a mechanic recently, and they added engine oil stop leak liquid, but it's still leaking a little. It would be appreciated if you could provide a receipt to show the work done. The service with this father and son duo has been good. I met the wife, who helps manage the workshop at their house, when I dropped off the car. I saw the father when I picked up the car. The communication with them has been smooth, and they managed to fix my leaking issue at a reasonable price.
