I have scratched one of the floorboards in my rental. I am moving out end of Feb and would like to have it replaced before then so as to not lose my bond.

Hi, I have scratches on my wooden floors. They are several options for repair. I have spear floorboards or I have wooden paint kit for repairing also, lefting scrathed floorboard and sawing in new floorboard. . I'm seeking experienced person for the job. Our kitchen does not have a dishwasher installed and would like to get one in. Would like someone who can take care of all the wiring and plumbing and removing a couple of cupboards to fit it in.
