Hello, The sofa bed is scratching the carpet and floorboards when it's pulled out. I was considering placing a few pieces of carpet underneath to prevent scratching, but I'm open to any solution you suggest. Unfortunately, I can't lift the sofa myself as it's too heavy. Also, the TV in the bedroom isn’t responding to the remote. If you could fix this as well, it would be much appreciated! I’ve scratched the flooring here, it looks like laminate not real wood and I would need help to fix this up to the best possible. Open to negotiation for the best possible outcome.

We want to remove scratch marks from timber floor. The scratched area spans about a square metre. We would like this area blended it so it is not noticeable. With your offer, please comment on your how you would complete this work and expected result. Scratch marks are from a metal dog cage. We do not want to sand the whole floor.
Paul did a fantastic job on the scratches on our timber floors. 2 other handymen said it could not be fixed but Paul was able to do it better, faster and cheaper. Thanks Paul.
