Someone attempted to steal my scooter. Front panel and seat lock have been damaged, (?may have some wiring damage). I'm concerned the back wheel and surrounding bits may be damaged as I think they may have tried riding it with a cable lock still in place around the back wheel which was used to lock up the bike to a pillar.
