I need an old car stereo removed and a new one installed. I’d also like the cigarette lighter replaced with a USB car charger.

Hi, We’ve got a Kia Carnival 2015 YP Platinum model car (we don’t have infinity speakers). The screen on the car stereo unit that came with the car has stopped working (this is the 2nd time it has failed, the first time we were able to get it replaced under warranty, but it’s now out of warranty so we're looking to upgrade it). We’re looking at replacing it with a 3rd party stereo unit. I have a 2003 Ford BA XR6 , the stereo and console don't work, the stereo itself doesn't turn on, nothing comes up on the screen. The A/C control buttons also don't work but they do light up. I have a Kia rondo 2012 and I bought a car stereo to fit. My mechanic fitted it but then I realised I hadn’t ordered all the bits that make it compatible with the 2012 Kia rondo.
