1991 Toyota Van has a contemporary stereo face installed with a detachable face, but does not work with radio or Bluetooth. Seeking a cheap replacement that will use the van's speakers and allow radio and Bluetooth playing easily. Hi all, I am seeking advice from an independent car audio specialist. I have a VW Multivan and need someone to recommend the right parts, source the parts, and install the parts, for a stereo upgrade. All I want us to run a subwoofer with the current system. There is an underseat enclosure available and I'm happy with that, but there's mixed advice online and I'm confused about the best way to get the stock stereo's output (via speaker cables) to an amp, which would then power the sub. It doesn't have to be super great quality - just a cheep and cheerful banging bass setup to accompany the existing system. There are lots of options to spend lots of money and pull out the head unit for upgrades, but I'm not keen on this route. Please only reply if you are a full time experienced installer. The price is for the advice and wiring. I will do the physical box install etc, but I would need you to wire up power to the amp and run wires to get the sound signal from the headunit to the amp. To confirm again - the price quoted here is for your advice, and payment for the time it takes to install all the wiring. The cost of all the hardware will be covered by me - and I will invest the time installing the sub box.
