Hi! I need some help finishing sanding my deck. We have done majority with a hired floor sander from Kennards however we need someone to come through and ‘tidy’ it up and finish the edges where the large sander did not reach as well as stair tread that it could not do either. I’m ultimately trying to remove an awful existing red stain. Back deck is approx 21 sqm. Front deck we have not touched at all with the sander it is approx 20sqm this would need to be entirely completed. You would need your own tools.

Need carpenter or competent handyman to construct new window reveal under existing bedroom window. Window reveal width will come out so it’s flush with the wall on either side. This will require a new frame built under the 3.6 meter wide window and refixing the plasterboard/ skirting. Would expect this to be 1 full day of work and already have the timber.

It’s a bike shed we got from Easy Shed so have all the instructions. We did start it but realised we don’t quite have the skills and now we’ve run out of time! - Due date: Flexible

Hello! :) Need a handyman / general contractor to complete a range of jobs on a house. Work to start 14th Oct. Text me to organise inspection time. 1. Install new electric upright oven stove. Curren stove is 525mm wide, so some adjustment to the adjacent cabinet will be required for a 540 or 600 stove. 2. Install new slim dishwasher on RHS of current sink unit. Current cabinet size is 545w 830h, so again some adjustment to the cabinet frame may be required. 3. Spray paint white internal of all kitchen cabinets (21), drawers (5) and bedroom built in wardrobes (3). 4. Repair or replace external concrete stairs. 5. We have a climbing wall and want to build a frame to support it rather thn itbeing against a tree. We would like the a frame and a platform on top so we can also attach a slide.
