Upcycle an existing Tasmania oak shelving unit into floating timber shelves

The current timber casement window requires extensive repair so would like it replaced. It is approx 2100 x 600 side opening window with 1 x vertical cross beam and 1 x horizontal cross beam (4 separate glass panels). Overall window size is slightly larger. Colour needs to match body corporate requirements (classic cream). I do not know what budget to set as I am seeking advice regarding aluminium to replace the timber.
