Hi there, I'm looking for someone to create a small bed frame for Rav 4 SUV same as pics. You would need to supply materials (Plywood, hinges) but plywood does not need to be as thick as reference pictures. Rough dimensions 70W / 185 L (However split into 3 I have easy parking & sun covered garage with power to work on the build, For a crafty tradesman wouldn't take much time to build. Not looking for perfection, just something solid, level & works with hinge fold down.

To build and install a laundry cabinetry as per the provided design specifications and material requirements. This includes cabinetry installation, shelving, and setup for washer and dryer placement. 1. Laundry Cabinetry Installation: • Install cabinetry as per drawing specifications, with dimensions of 2400mm width by 900mm height (excluding overheads). Cabinet fronts to be constructed or finished with Polytec Melamine in Gossamer White Smooth, matching the updated color sample. Include Sussex door handles as indicated in the design. 2. Benchtop: • Install benchtop across the cabinetry with a 600mm depth to provide a work surface. • Ensure the benchtop can accommodate washer and dryer units positioned underneath. 3. Washer and Dryer Placement: • Provide space and proper setup for stacking or placing side-by-side washer and dryer units as per drawing (dimensions 600mm x 600mm each). • Allow access to plumbing and electrical outlets for the washer and dryer. 4. Overhead Cabinets and Shelving: • Install two overhead cabinets as shown, with dimensions of 900mm width by 600mm height. • Adjustable shelves inside each cabinet to allow for flexible storage. • Ensure overhead cabinets are securely anchored to support storage weight. 5. Adjustable Shelf Installation: • Install two adjustable shelves between the overhead cabinets, as indicated in the design. • Each shelf should align with the cabinetry and provide additional storage above the benchtop area. 6. Laundry Basket Pull-Outs: • Integrate two pull-out laundry baskets into the lower cabinetry for easy access and organization. 7. Additional Materials: • Ensure all materials, fixtures, and finishes are consistent with the design notes, including using Blackened Oak for any timber components. 8. Final Finish and Clean-Up: • Upon completion, ensure all installations are secure and aligned with the design specifications.

Experienced Carpenter to build out hip rafter to facher finished off so we complete the roofing. as I’m pulling down the chimney and need to extend rafters to lay new tiles and capping. See photos of inside where chimney meets roof currently and outside photos. Ask questions if needed Thanks

I’m looking for someone with the right tools to cut away a large rectangle from the back board of my kitchen cabinets. I’m inspecting the area for signs of mould. You’ll need to make sure your hand tool fits in the cupboard space and that you don’t damage the back wall.

Demolish and dispose of built in timber seat (not deck, just seat/bench). Highlighted in red in one of the photos. I'll keep the 6 best lengths of deck boards as spares, but the rest including structure under bench needs to be disposed of. Cut back bench structure to height of the deck joists. Cut posts of bench back to deck joists. Cut back and grind all bolts back flush to brick wall. Bench to be removed is 2900 long X 450 high X 450 wide I'll reinstate new deck boards where the bench is removed separately. Decking boards are mostly nailed in, some are screwed. Structure is a mixture of nailed and bolted.

Hang 5x upper cabinets, one end panel and hang and adjust 10x predrilled cabinet doors. All materials on site and ready to go 👍

Install shaving cabinet in bathroom - shaving cabinet is fully assembled and is 750mm x 150mm x 720mm. Cabinet to be installed into tiles (with one stud). We have also purchased wall anchors in order to support the cabinet, in case this is needed(?)
