Require installation of cabinetry and benchtop (Mirostone - 20mm) for kitchen. Current kitchen will be removed prior.

Needs to have relative experience to do the job. Carpenter or equivelant. Im paying for 7 hours @$100 per hour $700 in total for install. Pls do not respond if this price does not meet your expectations.

Moisture damage to cheap internal door of rental house. Door height is under standard 2040 size, so I'm wondering if it's possible to saw off the damaged component and paint the edge, rather than order a custom internal door. Also happy to take advice on ordering a replacement door if that's a simple and affordable option. Size of current door is 1970x720x35.

Using own materials, install a new composite deck on verandah

I need an internal wall built with a door jamb to suit a 820x2040 x 35 internal door ,also a 20 mm electrical conduit installed in the frame (so I can transfer a light switch) .the installation of the door and cornice is optional,I’ll have time to do that myself ,but you can if you want to .also I can supply the materials or you can if you can get a better price (Ive priced mine from Bunnings).the total cost of materials from Bunnings is $600 (including cornice and door and door jamb kit) .budget is 1200 excluding materials or 1850 including materials ($50 for saving me the hassle of supplying materials 😉)i will plaster and paint it myself.

I have a carport that has a garden shed at the end, but water still comes under the carport, I need a general builder/handyman to remove the old shed, and either install another arranging the entire structure to be waterproof, or enclosing and extending the carport. Building companies say the job is too small, handyman too big. Would suit someone needing a gap fill job, or a semi retired builder. I would love a quote, need some advise and a person with ideas to help figure out what need to be done.

Skillion roof to slope lengthways to back fence. 3-5% pitch with rise at the front. Building on a washed aggregate floor, against a Hebel wall on one side and good neighbour fencing on the opposite side and at the back. Needs a gutter along the roof at the back of the shed to direct rain flow into an existing downpipe for drainage. Might need to box out the downpipe as it's a ways out and in from the back left corner, but don't want to build short of it, lose space inside and have a vermin trap on the outside. The plan is to go right up against the fences and Hebel with no setback, so might want to fill any narrow, remaining, potential vermin traps with foam and cap them at the top. The Hebel wall has a rainwater pump attached to it, so need to build over/around it so it's inside the finished shed. Must be impenetrable by water. Council approval not required for a project this size. Purely for storage so no other special requirements. Must have builders licence. The more licences and engineering experience the better. Open to suggestions on all aspects of the project. - Due date: Flexible

Dog has chewed window seal bedroom. Needs to be repaired and painted. We also have a slight scratch in the hallway which needs a basic putty and paint. - Due date: Flexible
