We have decking in our backyard. It's spotted gum timber. One of the decking boards has a hole. Another part of the deck where it meets and then goes under a superficial basketball court surface is starting to split and is not solid under foot. It requires the court surface to be carefully lifted, the decking underneath to be repaired and the court surface to be restored to its present state. Quote to include the new decking board. Ideally spotted gum, but if there's a better alternative, would be open to the suggestion.

Need our cat post re carpeted. Will need to remove old carpet first. Happy for you to take it away to do, or do at our house. Cat post completely comes apart. 4 flat boards, 5 posts and one circle. Prefer a mid grey colour, but if you have off cuts we can discuss.

I've received a non-compliance notice regarding the backyard deck I built in Ashburton, Boroondara Council. I've also received the enforcement notice, and the building surveyor from the council has conducted an inspection. I'm still waiting for the building notice. Need someone to replace existing top planks on small back deck. It probably needs new bracing on at least one end as the nails and lifting and need something more solid to fix to. Hi, We are looking for a handyman to assist in the removal of two built in wardrobes in a older house we recently moved into. As they were built to the wall, we will potentially require this wall to be Re plastered again to finish. We will also require 4 air grates (two in each room) to be removed and sealed, plus one or two holes that need patching. we will also require the wardrobes to to cleared and taken away. This is a new type of request for me, so I’m not sure what to charge, so have just out a nominal fee. Please counter. One wardrobe is 2.15m wide and 2.6M heigh. The other is 3.75m wide and 2.6M high.
