New build. Pre plaster ceiling channel work. We require installation of additional steel channels with laser levelling and moving channels in 2 rooms by a few cm. Addition of wood below ceiling joists in one room on the ground floor. Installation of small additional wooden beam below roof structure upstairs. The house is pre plaster. 3m ceilings to ground and 2.7m ceilings to upper floor. This job requires laser levelling to keep it even with work already done. This is to accommodate installation of curtain rails after the build.

I have a black pair of polyester Under Armour shorts that have oil based white paint stains on them. Paint stains are approx 1 week old (dried) I have tried spot cleaning/treating with dish washing liquid, napi san with no luck. Have not soaked overnight or anything.
