We have installed new carpet and the doors now have difficulty opening due to the raised height of the carpet! The bedroom internal doors are normal wood doors but the Wardrobe doors appear to be laminate! We need someone to come and do the following; Cut/plane the doors as listed below so they can open without scraping the carpet- 2 X bedrooms have 3 wardrobe doors (5 in total one is working fine ) Then the 3 internal bedroom doors need to be cut!

We have a bathroom cabinet which was custom made for the space , the wooden housing of the cabinet is still in good shape but all the drawers are now peeling at the front and the base of some of the drawers are water damaged. So basically it would involve custom making the drawers, including the runners and new handles, so that they can fit back into the cabinet. Our outdoor decking has expanded in the rain so we just need to trim down the panels so water can run through again. Would have to pull up some pieces, trim and then put back down.

Hard to show in photos - we have wood flooring throughout the ground floor of our house. In a couple spots there are now sections that have become raised / are sticking up. One single floor board in one area, then in another area a section about 0.5 x 2m. I think this might have happened due to high rainfall and humidity - I can't see any water damage or leaking that will have done it though. Looking for someone to advise and repair the affected floor areas. - Due date: Flexible

I would like a timber deck reinforced to be able to hold a 1800kg Jacuzzi with water. Will need to unscrew approx 20/23 lengths of decking average length 2.5/ 3metres. Area to be reinforced approx 2.4m2 approx. deck height is just above ground level max height is about 40cm from ground. Existing decking boards are in good condition and decking presently is very stable. Will Just need to reinforce to make deck stronger to hold the extra weight. I have included photos of completed deck at present and photos of construction and existing supports under the deck. Have looked at cutting deck and laying concrete slab but not able to do.

Job entails removing decking which is screwed in and reinforce Underneath deck to hold a 1700kg +spa which is approximately 2.1 m2 I have included photos of the completed deck but photos of the existing beaters bearers and joists.Would like this job done as soon as possible.

Here is an update, apologies for asking you to redo quotes and answers - I try to be super specific this time, so that you can plan and quote it well. We would need to get the stairs to the house and handrails sanded and stained, plus a small balcony. The other parts of the initial scope (terrace wall and outside fence) are not longer relevant as another painter did those already as part of a different job. Therefore, I also need to adjust the budget to $1700. Here is the work scope in detail: (1) Stairs and handrails to the house (35 steps; the handrails are along the stairs and extend by ~15m on top of the stairs to the side): - Remove the current layer or paint completely so that it is possible to stain the stairs (there is stain underneath the current layer of paint). The gap between the stairs is 11.5cm (15cm if you remove some small wooden panels underneath each step), just for your planning on what tools you can use for sanding. - Apply two layers of oil based stain (please note that these stairs are our way into the house, so at any one time you can only paint every second step, which means you will need to execute the work in 4 smaller chunks, rather than 2 go's) (2) Small balcony: properly sand the balcony (about 2sqm plus wooden handrails around it), as it has not been sanded in a while and small cracks have appeared on the surface of the wood as a result. Then apply two layers of the same stain as on the stairs once surface is smooth. The stain we want to use is Cabot's Deck & Exterior Stain (Oil Based).
