Already has framing but want the doors to be installed and sealed so no gaps are left as it is being used as a granny flat so don't want the aircon escaping or bugs to get in through gaps. Hello, we would like to replace an old 80’s oven which stopped working. Cut out is slightly small (570 height x 550 width) so it might need widening to fit modern oven. We are also considering updating the cabinets and the sink as well. Thank you very much.

We would love to enclose this patio as cost effective as possible. Just wanting to make it a little more cosy and have a defined BBQ area. Thinking something like a wooden frame with wooden pieces in front or just internal gyprock and external cladding on the reverse side. I have put some picture ideas here too. Open for negotiation to make things easier and cheaper too.
